Visiting the San Gabriels the day after the season’s first snow, long time friend Philip Stinis and I hiked up Rattlesnake Peak. An absolutely beautiful (though a bit short) day! The combination of the fresh snow dusting the recently burned area, and mist making it look like the ground was still burning, made for just unreal scenery. I snuck in one pic from a mountain bike ride at Crystal Cove State Park the following day 🙂
