Nevada typically conjures up images of Las Vegas and empty deserts, but there is so much more. High peaks, legitimate forest, and colorful desert rock is just the beginning. The pics below are from a few of my favorite Nevada areas – Boundary Peak (Nevada’s high point at 13146′), Moapa Peak, the Muddy Mountains Wilderness, Mt. Charleston, the Ruby Mountains, the Great Basin, the Toiyabe Wilderness, Red Rocks, and the Valley of Fire.
