Crossing into Latvia by bicycle from Estonia, I cycled westward through Valka, Cesis, Gauja National Park, Ligatne, Sigulda, and finally into Riga. Nice scenery and amazing towns and castles made for a highly memorable visit. This was  part of a Norway->Sweden->Finland->Estonia->Latvia bicycle tour (more on the tour here).
