Setting off for an ambitious San Diego County peak weekend, we warmed up on Pinyon Ridge and Wilson Pt on Saturday before tackling a 17 mile 7000ft gain loop in the Santa Rosas on Sunday. The hike in the Santa Rosas included Pyramid Peak, Rosa Point, Mile-High Mountain, and Villager Peak, and is one of my favorite areas in Anza Borrego.
