In May 2008, I went with 3 friends to Australia and New Zealand. We really packed it in on this trip, highlights include hiking Australia’s high point (Kosciusko) in winter conditions, blackwater rafting (underground) on New Zealand’s north island, Milford Sound, Queenstown, Hooker Valley, and the Routeburn trek on New Zealand’s South Island.
