Bosnia might be my favorite country from my eastern Europe cycling tour. Jacob Kallman and I crossed from Croatia and cycled into Mostar, spending a few nights there before catching a ride to Sarajevo so that Jacob could catch his flight out. I then stayed in Sarajevo longer than planned, exploring the city and the local mountains. Mostar and Sarajevo are amazing, with so much history and leftovers from the recent war. The food, the coffee, the people, the mountains, and the contrast between new and old left an impression on me that I’ll never forget…
