Kyrgyzstan

The second country as part of my 7-country bicycle tour, I crossed into Kyrgyzstan from Uzbekistan with friend Christian Mulkey. The scenery, the mountains (some higher than 23000 feet), and the people make Kyrgysztan one of my favorite countries, and our visit was much too short. One of the highlights of cycling Kyrgyzstan, is that kids in the smaller villages would see us coming and run out to give us high fives. We crossed into Tajikistan via Kyzyl-Art Pass at over 14000 feet.
